What is Essence Flow?-Yoga & Live Music! Essence Flow is a space that we created for anyone that has ever felt less than by simply walking into a yoga studio. Maybe your clothes weren’t as trendy, maybe your mat wasn’t as expensive, maybe at some point during class you looked up from your mat & noticed your were the only person of color in class, maybe you didn’t feel “skinny” enough to take your shirt off so you finished class in that sticky top drenched in sweat. If you’ve ever walked into a space & felt like you didn’t belong for whatever reason Essence Flow is for you! You deserve to take up space like everyone else, we will not apologize for our target leggings, back fat that hangs out of our bra or the hue of our skin.
